Watched "Tapped" last night on netflix and thought it was really interesting. Gasland as well, though both are also pretty sickening.

Great documentary. I always knew the MPAA was full of shit but goddamn, nothing but a bunch of middle-aged childless prudes deciding the message our pop culture sends to the country.

I really loved the examination of sex in the movie. Male dominant sex is fine for an R, but if it gets too pleasurable for the female, NC-17. It's like they don't want girls to know its okay to orgasm.

Twentyorso'ing Planet Earth, as far as wildlife is concerned, it doesn't get better.

On astronomy, Prof. Brian Cox's "Wonders of the Solar System" series is rather nice as well, though if you're interested in astronomy, you probably know most of what's said in there.
Still, great vulgarisation, it's all explained in ways everyone can easily understand.

Also on astronomy, but speculative this time, a few years back they made a documentary called "Alien Worlds" where scientists speculated about the possibilty of life on a distant planet (named Aurelia) and on a moon of a distant Jupiter-like planet (simply named Blue Moon) - a quite interesting exercise (if relatively pointless ) and some nice CGI make an entertaining combination.

Religulous is more of a comedy than a real documentary, tbh.
