For me its both. I still have a boner after sex while I'm peeing. I've gotten the giraffe style piss down though.

I don't see how people on BG have the peeing with a boner problem. For me, peeing with a boner isn't even possible at all, yet people here complain about not being able to aim down when they pee because of morning wood.
