Webmoney question for JP accounts

I'm trying to get rid of a mule and getting an error of some sort hen trying to deactivate an ID. I have been using Webmoney since April, since they will no longer take my non-JP card. I think it's saying that you don't need to deactivate with Webmoney, just stop paying for the ID, but I'm not sure and I don't want to get locked out of my account. I'll try to get a screenshot.

How does one go about deactivating a Content ID when paying with WebMoney?

You're getting an error when you go into Playonline, then go to FFXI, then go to Content IDs and try to remove/cancel one of the content IDs there? If so screenshot would help indeed.

If not then what?

Lack of ability to use Rikaichan in POL Viewer or even to copy and paste text in the viewer makes it hard for me. I'm nowhere near that level of kanji reading.

Hey bungiefan.

I've been through this myself.

And actually its pretty simple:

If you dont repay for your mule's POL ID via webmoney, then by the end of the month that you have currently payed for, your mule POL ID will be automaticly deleted.

No, I had just paid my bill when I was doing that.

The first two lines says
'there are no content IDs that can be canceled.'

Logged in last night and the mule I didn't pay auto-deactivated. I was just concerned about payment issues because when paying with a card on the JP account, if billing failed you tended to be screwed, since many of us importers used a fake address to register our accoutns at JP PS2 launch. It looks like we don't have to worry about that with WebMoney.

My character still shows up in character select, it's just greyed out. Thus it didn't delete the ID, it merely deactivated it. The nice thing about this system of payment is that they can't double-bill you by accident. American accounts could really use something like this.
