So much confrontation in this game, but I'm loving it. Still trying to decide where I want to place my three saves for when I make my Hardcore playthrough. Any suggestions?
Start of Chapter 15 to be sure for one of them. I'd maybe do one before the ZG area in the one factory too, it's not too hard fight-wise but I've had some cheezy deaths from crap like the one spore-shooting thing hitting me into the flame rings
Chapter 10 is amazing
yeah even the second time through I spent the entire thing like THIS IS SO FUCKING COOL

Awesome, I have a good ratio stocked up on IPT from 24/7 too
It's also on Demonoid, which is where i be at.

How's the game? Is it as good as the reviews are saying?
It's shorter than I had hoped, but honestly, yes. I've spent the last several months catching up on games I missed during my XI days including a lot of what were supposed to be big-time games...given the slew of God of War clones and FPSs that I just plowed through, I gotta say this is one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played. Visceral is pro as shit with lighting/sound, the story is solid, the graphics are great, and the gameplay may be slightly clunky but it's still very fun.
Revisiting this a bit because it may be somewhat related...but I just realized my Hacker suit is completely MIA, not in store or safe, lol
edit: Yeah, something is definitely messed up...on my third playthrough, switched out of my Elite Advanced to Elite Vintage to buy some nodes, and my Elite Advanced completely disappeared and I can't change back to it now.
Well, I should be fine as I ended up picking DS2 up today when I was shoppin' in Wally and just stood there staring at the game case for 5 minutes. Saw a couple boxes for the 360 Collector's Edition, but it didn't seem worth the money, especially with how fucking cheap/tiny the plasma cutter looks. Not a Dragon Age player so the exclusive code for that doesn't bother me.
Wish I knew Extraction was an install though. I don't have 3.5gb of free space! Oh well, will play it eventually. My bandwidth resets tomorrow so I'll be nabbing DS Ignition tomorrow and playing through that to unlock goodies for DS2. Otherwise, going to spend all day playing MAG and letting my copy of DS2 gather dust. >.>
[EDIT] Oh cool, didn't think Sony would let them have a platinum trophy for Extraction. At least I'll be able to obtain it for that, as I doubt I can bet Hard core mode on DS2. Granted, wouldn't surprise me to see EA release a $5 DLC armor pack down the road that mitigates a shitload of damage like they did for DS1. ;/
The Dragon Age code came in the standard as well. Or at least mine did.
All that came in my PS3 copy was the online pass. I'm assuming that won't give me access to that Day-1 DLC though. Perhaps the DA code was a pre-order thing?
Not sure about the Dragon Age, it came in the case for DS2, but the Day-1 DLC should be available to you regardless. On the main menu go to store.
I didn't get any Dragon Age code either, and I have the collectors edition.
I got the Online Pass code, got the code for the rivet gun on the receipt, and I got an ad for Bulletstorm on one side and Dragon Age on the other, but no code
edit: is the dead space 2 extras for DA2 just Ser Isaac's armor? if so it apparently has automatically registered it along with the staff and hindsight extras. Really wish all this EA/Bioware stuff would stop doing things without it asking me.
