Correct. There's no limit on the number of minimum players you can sign to fill the roster.

Andre Miller? He isn't that great.

Read the article I spoilered earlier, it talks about their options. You can go over the cap to re-sign your own players, to sign minimum contract guys, if you use the MLE, the bi-annual exception, and others. Then for every dollar you end up over the cap, you pay a dollar(luxury tax).

Still blows my mind Lebron would go anywhere other than Chicago, especially with Boozer there now. The Miami shit seems like some weird science experiment. Boozer + Rose + Noah is already pretty bad ass, throw in Lebron and that is just obscene.
