Pretty much this. People are all over the Heat's dick to win championships and didn't realize they already won in '06. It's like the fucking Patriots all over again.

Still would have liked to see him go to Chicago. If he stayed in Cleveland he took a risk of never winning, and he'd go down as one of the greatest players to never win a ring. Kinda damned no matter what he did, but oh well. We'll see what happens next year.

if he went to Chicago, I'd be less pissed because he wouldn't have Wade and Bosh to hide behind because he couldn't get shit done. He'd be with Boozer, Noah, and Rose. Boozer's decent, but he's no Bosh, and Rose/Noah are up and coming. LBJ could basically train them as they rolled on to championships.

Here in the Heat situation, he's got Wade and Bosh to fall back on. Dude's chasing rings for the same reason you mentioned; he doesn't wanna be Stockton, Barkley, etc.
