You talk as if the Celtics are actually really good or something.

11-4 this month with wins against Dallas and the Nuggets, and a bunch of cupcakes.

And before that, didn't they have a losing record for a lot of the time after the All Star Break?

They will still be dangerous with Rondo/Pierce/Allen

His knee is just not right yet, thats why he's "fallen" defensively, he still rebounds and is still a force offensively, when he isnt being too unselfish.

Sorry but I don't think his knees will ever be "right" again. He is still a useful player but he isn't what makes them go anymore, Rondo is the key.

IF Rondo had an outside shot whatsoever he would be an incredible player. It's a shame he can't even shoot free throws, he's great at the rim though. And a great passer.

Im not even a Celts fan so it doesnt matter and Im not sure if his knee will ever be the same, takes a long time for a 34 year old knee to heal.

Besides Dirk he is one of the most accurate shooting big men in the NBA and is good for 8-10 rebounds a game, but he is the anchor to their D and without a healthy knee, he isnt as effective.

Spurs have a terrible record against the top 5 west teams. But the regular season means nothing right? I hope so.
Oh lawd they just lost to the Nets lool. I guess Manu really does make that big of a difference... Beat Celtics/Cavs with him then lose to the Nets without.

Yeah I watched the whole game. Too many turnovers, no Manu to run the offense, then losing Mason too. Fucking terrible.

Yeah and the Lakers are on the verge of needing some Jesus juice or blind refs to beat the fucking Hornets. Their bench is fucking killing us. Fuck you regular season!

And the thus problem with both teams, they rely on injury prone older players, to the point where a single injury takes them out of contention. This is why I think the Lakers and the Magic are the teams to beat in the long run. Their best players don't get hurt often (or they are Kobe and just play through it) and even when players do get hurt (Jameer, Bynum) they are still legit. Tho, the Magic without Jameer hurt a bit more than the Lakers without Bynum.

Someone needs to point out to the Lakers how lazing your way through the end of the regular season turned out for the Colts.

I hope they're just lazing it.

All Laker guards, except for Kobe, are going through a 3 point slump and can't hit shit so defenses are just collapsing on the bigs. Not to mention the bench just flat out sucks and needs to die, Farmar especially.

Can't believe I'm saying this but we need Walton back lol.
