We actually have those, I'd have to go pretty far back in the log but they ARE there, unless the restoral of the forums from the backup we had the good sense to make right before he left removed it. We're not retarded, when we see all of the deletions coming from his IP, that's not a hard one to figure out. Unless someone stood outside his house, using his wireless, and then guessed the password for the default admin account, and vandalized the forums, but I think that's a fairly unlikely scenario.

As far as the stealing of gil is concerned, one of his real-life friends told us (after he was removed from the shell) that he'd known he was stealing from the bank for a long time, but wasn't in a position to say anything. Elagost DID give Skele his account information, which of course may have been poor judgment on Ela's part, and Skele DID steal all of Elagost's non-Ra/Ex gear. I'm not supporting the creation of this topic, or how it was handled, but Skele is still an asshole.

The dynamis calendar has nothing to do with anything. We plan ahead, knowing full well that you intentionally take our zones at times. Sorry that you can't seem to stop following us around and trying to harass us because I got one of your accounts banned. I've never once been asked for the log. I'll go check in a second and see if it's still there, or if the backup wiped it, but I don't believe that it did.

Not naming names to respect their privacy. This isn't their argument. They did play FFXI, and they were in our shell for a while before they had to quit for real-life reasons. Assumedly the reason he didn't tell us before the split happened is because it put him in a shitty position, to either shit on the trust of his real-life friend (regardless of the morality of the situation) or continue to watch the shell being stolen from. Don't try to pretend it's as simple as a black-and-white.

We never once forced Skele out. We just asked that he allow someone else to handle the bank. He'd been asked in the past to start a full statement of all bank transactions, and he ignored it. Several people felt he was being dishonest, and so whether or not we believed it, it was in the best interests of the shell to have the bank change hands. He chose to alienate himself from us by vandalizing the forums, temp-banning us from vent, and the like.

Xsolidus, Skele's alt, suddenly selling off all of his NQ staves and magically showing up with a set of HQs? Pami, the person who was paying for Ela's account at the time, being locked out and conversing with Skele about it? Or just the simple fact that only Pami and Skele had access to Elagost at the time, and Pami most certainly didn't make off with the items, considering she still doesn't have a full set of HQ staves or some of the other things that Ela had. I don't think we need any more proof.
