They're really playing up how hot Connie Rubirosa is. It's surprising since it NEVER came up with Serena Southerlyn and she was pretty fucking hot as well.

This is the 3rd or 4th case Connie has been on that has basically centered around her ass.

lol remember that shit with Southerlyn's last episode and she was like "Is this because I'm a lesbian?" even though her being a lesbian was never discussed and *barely* hinted at in the 2 or 3 seasons she was on the show.

Rubirosa is my 2nd favorite DA after Jamie Ross, who was the fucking greatest ever (in terms of awesomeness and not hotness I mean)

I didn't know until now that it was cancelled. The episode was great, but TV without Law and Order? Not SVU, not CI, not the new one, or the UK one, were the ratings that bad or something? I mean it's fucking Law and Order.

Apparently they had dropped to "only" like 7 or 8 million people watching anymore, so they decided it was time to can it. I think NBC's just trying to do anything they can to get more viewers and don't realize how many people watch Law and Order because of its legacy and aren't going to be down to pick up a new series..

It's retarded, I doubt anything they come up with right now will snag the Law and Order crowd, with higher numbers, that will perform that way for -20- years, and spawn multiple other shows that suceed very nicely.

Not seeing new Jack McCoy stuff now is gonna suck (If and when they do release a 20 season set, I am so all over that), my only issue with the finale is I wish they had given Cutter more screentime, like anything he did that episode was blown the shit away by Jack's like 30 second screen time. Cutter was working out GREAT, loved him going after that gay basher, and Rubirosa has also been the best fucking assistant since like Claire and Jaime. Lupo has been best since Lenny left, and Bernard was really growin on me too. I'm gonna cross my fingers something changes their mind, anything This show has basically been a weekly part of many people's lives for 20 years now.

That's so fucking outrageously aggravating. Best show on TV, hands down, and they fucking cancel it like this? If they don't find another private outlet to continue the show, or if they don't get picked up by like TNT or USA or something, I will flip my shit.

I started watching these from SVU, then Conviction, dabbled a little into CI and UK, but the original ended up being my favorite. I might have to catch up on the last few new SVU's to get my fix :/

Well, McCoy is referenced all the time in the newest season of SVU. He even makes an appearance in episode 21.

Maybe they can keep him alive through cameo's in SVU? =(

Yeah, all the episodes are on Demonoid. It's essentially Jack laying down the law to the new ADA at SVU, which is always fun.

I liked when McCoy used to get referenced a lot with Lennie Briscoe and Green back in the older episodes of SVU.

That's really stupid considering how the show really doesn't ever need to be fully revamped to keep up with current events. One thing I think I liked about the series was the way even though it was fantasy, it still was able to be real enough to keep interest and never get completely boring.

So I keep a few EPs of L&O perma-saved on my Tivo. "Rumble" "Gunshow" and "Nullification" (Nullification being pretty much my favorite EP of any show ever) and I rewatched them all. Some of them for the 50th+ time (Nullification, lol) and I am still raging incessantly over the cancellation of this show.

But hey, at least I can go watch SVU right?! Did someone else get raped?! GET TO THE RAPE CHOPPA

Sath, do you know which episode, I think from a couple seasons back, maybe a season opener, dude killed like a bunch of girls, they catch him, but can't find the other bodies, but the killers lawyer actually goes to check up on the dead bodies, finds them.. But also won't tell the cops to protect lawyer/client privilege or some shit?

Was the bald/angry dude they have on L&Os all the time (He was on 2 weeks ago, the PI the drug company hired to get some kid's blood). Think he was also the crazy drug dude who put out a hit on Alex's life on SVU... and like a ton of other episodes lol.
