Ninja changing of Cutscene(s)

Was helping a friend do windy S story line last night and while he did CSs I was rewatching them. And I noticed they ninja changed one CS near the start of the windy story line.

It was like the top one around about two updates ago or so.
Anyone noticed any other CSs like this? :q

Is the person on the left a different NPC or is it your actual character? Thats the only difference I see.

The character on the left in the 2nd screenshot is Lekho, the male mithra.

I'm staring at these 2 screenies and can't see a difference except the light, and assuming the person to the left is your char.. What am i missing here?

Edit: arrrrgh posted .01 seconds too late - oh well.

First CS: Some random hume NPC
Second CS: It's Lehko
And on the day/night difference it is the same CS, its the only CS you see someone talking to Robel like this in Fort K-N :q

at 18:09 you can see the old CS had the hume NPC.

I'd say they just had a placeholder model for Lehko before they added in his own custom model that was introduced in a later update. >_>

Probably is, was like that after the update with the missions Long march north and etc. though >.>

Though if you've done the all of the WOTG missions its the same clothing and race as you see Portia in, which is interesting :q

I've always wondered if ToAU is like that with Razfahd -- in the early missions he's wearing Homam, but later he's wearing Askar. I'm guessing after Askar was added they changed his dat, but figure this is as good a chance to check as any~

Actually it was Amir > Askar.

I always thought the change from Amir to Askar was to make him look evil/badass, or does he wear askar now pre ToAU 42?

I remember the end of '04 start of '05 when I got my 1st adv job DRG, when you did that quest, when you traded the egg in Meriphataud Mountains at the end of that CS Rahal said his friend would nurse HER back to health. Years later when my friend did the quest I was at his home with his kids watching and that line was changed to nurse IT back to health.

the only one I can remember is the ToAU assault rank up quest CS.. where they changed the dat or something related to Odin.. but this wasn't ninja-ed, they explicitly listed it in the notes... i can't remember why they did it tho.

I usually read the update notes, and I don't remember seeing this, and since I'm addicted to the Windy/Wotg story line its not something I'd miss. :q
