I want to get in on this convo, there are some solid rappers up and coming, Tyven introduced me to Wale who is like a blend of Lupe and Kanye, reppin DC fucking HARD. I'm really liking his mix tapes. He's got some nice lines that make you want to rewind and double check what you just heard.

I like TI as well, he has a nice flow and sound. I've heard him speak a few times and he seems like an intelligent guy. I recently watched a video of him speaking to a crowd on profanity in hip hop music, and he was very well spoken but stayed true to himself.

Slaughterhouse was a good mesh of those 4 artists. I really enjoyed that album. Royce always comes hard.

And surprisingly, the more I listen to Shade 45 the more 50 has started to grow on me. He's got a couple nice tracks they are playing on there now, like Flight 187.

I couldn't possibly be happier with the Shade 45 station, very little bullshit, great songs, every now and then a "popish" song will come into rotation, but for the most part that is a great XM station... just for those of you complaining about radio hip hop.

Also, those who haven't given Inspectah Deck a good listen needs to. He really is underrated.
