USPS International Priority Flat Rate Envelope - (they'll give you a cardboard self-sealing envelope for free)
or more likely considering the size/weight
USPS International First Class (you use your own envelope, up to 4 lbs. self-sealing bubble will do the trick).

No, I'm just locked in a warehouse of books and I ship international packages all day and I saw this thread and I was like "Is this it, Lord? Will all my suffering finally bring good into the world?" And He was like "LOL, STOP POSTING ON BG AND FILL OUT THOSE CUSTOMS FORMS."

Does anyone here have any experience with shipping very very small things (would probably fit in a large envelope) internationally? I gotta be doing something wrong to get such a high estimate.
I have shipped alots. UPS charged for 60USD was due to they only offer express shipping for internation shipment, that guarantee anything will arrive in between 3 business days.

For USPS, never go by air mail, it is better that getting the global priority if you are not in hurry, which will arrive in between one to two weeks, but cost around 10USD. If you are in urgent, I always suggess Express Mail service, EMS. But this will cost at least 20USD+

you have to realize what you are paying on shipping with UPS, Fedex ect is delivery speed, then again from what i read you didn't knew about USPS international which is cheaper but slower.
