-17% PDT at the moment. Earrings are Ethereal and Cassie. Working on ASA for PDT- legs.

I'm happy with my WAR so far, though I know it can be improved. I use pizza +1 for most things, as our LS is very active and tends to have several events during the day.

If you're using Pizza+1 a lot, you can probably get away with Blitz Ring and Dusk Ledelsens (+1) on most stuff for some more Haste goodness!

Smilo+1 would probably outdo Forager's, SC is basically like Gekko with a pDIF boost, and unless you use a Martial Bhuj often SC is almost always done using either Sneak Attack or Mighty Strikes, kinda negating the 15 Attack on Forager's. I'm low on inventory so I just stick to Cuch.

I'm currently putting together a PDT set for my WAR (mainly just to eat hits while I have hate and Third Eye is down), and what's your opinion on swapping out of your six-hit? I'm debating between a PDT set that keeps Rajas on instead of Patronus so I can keep it, but should I be going for full defense instead?

Any WAR's opinion would be helpful.

Surely if you're using a PDT set, that means you're already getting hit, and hence gaining TP that way. Furthermore, I feel that the whole point of using a PDT set is making sure you survive, so giving up your 6-hit doesn't seem too bad a trade off. This is just a "gut feeling" though, I'm sure someone could math out how often you need to be hit to make the loss of 6-hit worthwhile if you're not in immediate danger of death.

The TP you get from being punched in the face is likely going to offset the loss of 5 sTP for 1-3 swings.

One thing I would recommend is swapping out the things that will not reduce your damage taken. Get rid of the Cassie, Ethereal, Ritter gorget, you get the idea. While in this damage down build you don't want to be sacrificing TOO much for things that will truly not help you take less damage. Stick with peacock/ancient torque, brutal, assault earring, whatever it is you are using prior.

Edit: Went back and reviewed your pic some more. Of course keep fire bomblet on, swift/velocious/speed belt as well. Way too much given up for what might end up being 1-2 damage taken less, really not worth the amount of damage output you will give up.

I could see this thinking applying to some jobs, but on anything you're likely to use a PDT set for warrior on I'd imagine that your enemy has capped acc anyway. Just adding 8 or so from Ritter and Ethereal isn't gonna do much at all for helping you avoid hits.
