I hate him as much as the next guy but they're 5-0.

Which is true. But let's be honest here. Looking back at their games so far, there's really only been one game where they relied on Favre. Aside from the last game against the Packers, Favre's numbers have been pretty much on par with a quarterback who is surrounded by a good offense. Favre's best game this year was in week 4 against the Packers. Aside from that game the Vikings haven't actually needed Favre to perform at a higher level.

Yes you can make the argument that they are undefeated. But let's look at who they have beaten. Cleveland, a fucking trainwreck of a team. Detroit, do I even need to comment? San Francisco, paper team who's collapse is imminentas last week's Atlanta game should show. Green Bay, finally, a GOOD team. And St. Louis, see Detroit's comments.

One of the five teams Favre has played so far is a good team. The remaining four aren't. So the Vikes are 5 - 0. I'll start giving them credit when they start beating teams that have a shot at the playoffs.

And my alma mater. I'm pretty proud actually; Rice is lighting it up on the Ravens, Brian Leonard caught that 2 point conversion last week to win it for the Bengals, and Kenny Britt was the top WR for the Titans last I checked. Mike Teel is still at least third string WR though.
