Start Brees. Why is that even a question?
Someone asked something like that in the FF thread too.
Too much knee jerk action just because he didn't have a TD the past 2 games.
It's still motherfucking Brees. If he's gone without TDs for 2 weeks, then he's due to pop out 3-4 this game. Doesn't matter who he's playing really.
Hey Romo has never lost in Lambo either, first Cowboys QB to do so, OMG GREATEST EVAR.
Also, let's worry about the holes in our O-line before we start trying to punch holes in another teams.
Oh, and keep in mind our own pass rush has issues too. D-Ware has only been a factor against the Chiefs thus far and our sack numbers are dramatically down from the last two seasons.
tl;dr - stfu and be realistic about our 'Boys.
so what you are trying to say is that miles austin isnt the kyle orton of WRs?
I want to start Brees, I really do. But if my defense is healthy (yes, i have the Giants defense, lol), I think we can keep Brees pressured and keep his cannon-arm contained to an extent. I haven't really looked into the Saints defense, as the Giants' young receivers are making a name for themselves and are dangerous to underestimate. Just wondering where I should go. Honest opinions, no Brees cocksucking please.
Giants look better than they are on DEF though.
Their wins are vs WAS, DAL, TB, KC, and OAK.
Granted NO hasn't been playing powerhouses, but PHI, BUF, and NYJ are much stiffer opponents than what the Giants have seen, and NO's defense is still in the top 10 in all but passing (which is 11th).
I see Brees doing a lot more work than Eli.
I'd take Jacobs and Bradshaw running over the Saints D more than I see Pierre Thomas running of the Giants D.
If I was Sherridan, I'd copy Rex Ryan's game plan. Play for coverage and expose Pierre Thomas for the mediocre back he is (Giants D line >>> Jets D line).
Exactly. Giants are #1 against the run and they haven't faced any real threats in the air yet.
pierre thomas is gonna go nuts on those blue fools
how the F are the giants #1 against the run? didnt they give up like 270 against the cowboys?
Nope. I'm retarded and looked at the wrong ranking. They're 15th against the run and first against the pass. So I retract that statement based on stonerism.
I still stand by the fact that they haven't faced any real competition in the air though, hence the #1 ranking.
Edit: They're still only allowing 105yrds rushing per game, and that's largely due to the DAL game.
251. But nobody else has done much of anything on us, they're looking pretty stout.
Reason why Sims-Walker was suspended for a game:

I love ESPN's analogy for Delhomme's week 6 projections lmao
He's terrible, but so is the Bucs' pass defense. So what happens when rotten banana peel meets dirty diaper? We're about to find out, but ugly as the Buccaneers have looked on defense, we think owners in two-quarterback leagues could do worse than Delhomme. Of course, we're also not ignoring that he had five picks in two meetings against them in 2008, and has 13 in his past five "games that matter."
