If you go before hand they'll give you little baggies which tell you how much 100 coins weigh, so you don't have to count to 100 over and over and over and over. (Or obviously you could weigh one coin and then multiply that by 100, whatever...)

My bank has a self-coinstar type thing, but then you take the receipt and bring it up and get your money. You can ask for any denomination you like.
