I currently have 75 Sam, Mnk, Pup, Sch, and Blu.

Well the easiest way to look at it is are you trying to maximize your merits, your current gear, or your utility?

Sam and mnk share a lot of gear with with war, bst and nin.
Blu has homam which if you had would also help pld, drk, drg, and thf (pup also shares some gear with thf and dnc)
Sch does share a lot of gear with the other mage jobs, though you expressed disinterest (though smn can be more up in your face).

You have melee, so meh to drk, drg, war

You don't like mages, so whm, blm, and rdm are out

Pld or nin could give you more a tanking range, though sam can tank tons of things as is.

Bst or smn could give you better soloing options as both can be up in front with the pet, and there is plenty of things they can solo (at least easier) than other jobs can't.

Thief is good if you could get armlets, but TH3 is also useful in general for certain things, and it isn't terribly hard to gear it decently.

Bard or corsair could give you support, which is helpful when you have tons of people that are just melee jobs only. Corsair would prolly be more fun from what it sounds like you like, and you can be a cheap bastard and still get it to 75 without spending tons on ammo.

Ranger would offer ranged damage, but unlike cor you're almost always shooting for TP, so it costs quite a bit of money. Plus if you don't have awesome gear and are trying to use gimp ammo, your damage will fail.

Dancer...is interesting I guess? You can solo some stuff like you were a ninja, you could haste samba merit parties, but I've never seen a dancer at a serious mob nor really heard of them doing anything useful on anything bigger than a 6 person party, though great for low manning triggers!

As far as luisant vs Iron ram

Luisant gloves are 1str/dex 2atk/acc, legs are 1str/dex 1acc/atk

Iron ram would be glovs 3 acc, legs 2 dex, together another 1acc/atk

Luisant for both is total 4.5acc/atk, 2str/dex
Iron ram for both is 5.5acc, 2dex, 1atk

They are basically comparable, except luisant is still moderately expensive. Mixing and matching would be meh since both luisant pieces are better than the iron ram without the set bonus.

Also remember spiked finger gauntlets are lvl 50 and 12 atk and would beat both gloves.

Armlets don't make *that* much of a difference. Obviously TH4 > TH3, but the difference between the two isn't as vast as some seem to think. I wouldn't only level thf if I had access to armlets, they're really not that big a deal.

TH3 is easy to get. Everyone can get it, it doesn't make you desirable if you're like everyone else. If we're talking about utility, it would be a wasted effort.

If you have TH4, you're slightly~significantly better than the other generic TH3 thieves. This would at least make you more desirable in a pickup group or whatever you spend your time doing.

Obviously depending on who you do things with, you might already have friends with TH3 or you might have friends you do things with daily that have TH4, so leveling thief will give you variable returns depending on who you have access to, ie if your BFF has TH4, don't waste your time leveling thief.

I'm currently sitting at around 3,300,000 gil and I'm having a dilemma of what to grab next?

I currently go Sam and Blm to my events and I'm not sure what to spend that gil on? I was thinking of grabbing either a Haub +1, Witch Sash, or a Genie Weskit.

I'm 8/8 GKT, always eat pizza, and TP in Hagun, Pole Strap, Smart Grenade, Walahra Turban, Peacock Charm, Ethereal Earring, Brutal Earring, Askar Korazin, Dusk Gloves, Rajas Ring, Woodsman Ring, Amemet Mantle +1, Swift Belt, Byakko's Haidate, and Sarutobi Kyahan. I WS in Brutal Earring, Rajas Ring, and Hachi Feet.

I'm 8/8 on Elemental Magic Skill, and nuke in HQ Staff, Bugard Strap +1, Sweet Sachet, Selenien Cap with four INT, two M.ACC, two Mag. Atk, bounes, Elemental Torque, Moldavite earring, one INT earring, Igqria weskit, Zenith Mitts, Omega Ring, Sorcerer's Ring, Ixion Cape, Penitent's Rope, Mahatma Slops, and Yigit Crackows.

I'd say you'd get the most for your money buying Genie Weskit, Phantom Earring +1, Uggalepih Pendant. Genie are around 2.5 here, and the other two are 400~ and 500~. You should be able to get the three for just over 3.3m, and make a noticeable improvement in your blm dmg.

That being said, what did you do with your acp body? It doesn't look like it's on either of your 'main' jobs atm, so you could always stp+4 acc+10 it and drop Askar. You'd get better acc and wouldn't have to sacrifice your current haste amount to keep your six hit.

For Blm, I already have a Uggalepih Pendant so that part is covered. For a Genie Weskit it's 3 mil here on Midgar, sadly.

For the ACP Body, I turned it into a rng TP piece since I come rng too, but not as much as Sam or Blm.

I mean, I'd used different gear if I didn't use pizza, but I'm not sure if the sacrifice would out way my hit rate?
