you could change hex edit the zone and change the name of the PH(You'd have to know which on the list it is though), but if you just change the model, all mobs of that type will change as well.
Yeah, that's what I'm looking for. Kinda like the Salvage edits for cell droppers and stuff.
where the fuck is the jeuno christmas music
Sundi needs to realize christmas stards November 26th in the states.
Is the relation between Magic accuracy and the diferent skills (Elemental, Enfeebling, Dark, etc...) 1:1? In case its not, what's it? Or does it depend on the current amount of skill/macc already stacked, or the mobs INT or something else? Just wondering about a few pieces where you can get equal or similar amounts of m. acc and the skill of the spell.
POLutils can do it for you but you have to work out where the PH appears in the list of Upper Delkfutt's. You could try naming them Phasma 1,2,3 etc. and from that work out which seems to be the placeholder and revert the other Phasmas.
Obviously when you do this any use of <t> that is output in to a public channel (emotes, party, say etc.) is going to appear as 'Phasma #1' or whatever so don't be stupid.
Thank you very much.
I'm not sure if that dINT stuff applies for every type of enfeebling magic. Moreover, Dark Magic Skill will always outperform INT since INT does not affect Dark Magic.
Is there a reason that our shell continues to get Apoc attestation from the beaucdine NM and nothing else? Were currently 0/12 trying to get our leaders yoichi attestation. Are we simply unlucky?
How's the drop rate of Ruszor Hide in Beaucedine [S]? The leathers on my server look like they could rake in great money.
At what point/situation/gear level does SAM/DRG beat SAM/WAR?
For GKT pretty much always IMO. For polearm only with hasta samba, hasso, march, march and haste up fulltime while having 20% base gear haste (not more, not less) already while benefitting from the ACC bonus.
So, does that mean Drg sub is better than War sub?
I assumed it would mainly be for GKT, where berserk and warcry's attack isn't as useful.
I guess it also comes down to your gear, max haste for a SAM/WAR is 23% (if I can count). That means a pimped SAM can afford to drop 2% and cap.
Not sure where they would swap (fuma -> usukane and turban -> ace's I guess).
Better? Not sure, but certainly it looks attractive and I see a lot using it at times.
For GK your attack is significantly less important, so berserk and warcry are discounted in comparison to YGK's attack bonuses. You can still benefit from berserk, but it's not as large of an impact than it would be for penta thrust. So, does that mean Drg sub is better than War sub?
Also, while the cap for haste in sam gear may be 23%, it's a lot less common for people to have dusk gloves +1 or a v/s belt, so it is more likely that they would be TPing in 20% haste gear anyways, fully gaining from a 5% haste earring. If they had either they could swap to usu feets and/or ace's for a stronger 6 hit build with capped haste.
If you're not in capped haste situations, double attack can probably even out the total swings per mob. Warrior is still a very strong subjob so it's not like dragoon replaced it.
Maybe I am about to show my lack of knowledge on SAM, but here goes:
Why use Kaiten when you can build a 6hit from gear that you would 'want' to use any way?
7 sTP would allow you to drop Usukane feet and use Fuma, but it's only up for 20 seconds. Which by my rough maths, you would need 70+ haste (ignoring DAs) to be able to go Kaiten -> Y/G/K -> Kaiten, any less then you have to spam Kaiten.
Assuming /WAR, maxed gear haste, double march, haste, hasso you get 68% haste, which is right on the turning point of being able to 'fit' a Y/G/K in between Kaitens.
17% DA should mean a greater than 1 in 6 chance of a DA which should mean at least 1 DA per TP-WS cycle, which should make up for being under 70%.
So there was some thought behind it, maybe not 'correct' thinking, but that's why I asked the question in the first place.
