Can you change nations more than once per conquest week?
In other words, can I change to one nation to nab a rare outpost, then change back without any waiting or delay?

A lot of the upgrades become situational when you get over 60-70.
Chiv Chain is good for WS from 60+ (STR and ACC), but if you are overcamping (or just low in the level range that a camp can support) you would want to use PCC for WS.
Whereas once you are higher up and about to leave the camp then your accuracy should be good and you could use something like Bull necklace (4STR)
As for sTP without rajas.
528 scythes (most of the ones you use while leveling) allow for a true 6hit with /SAM and 1 more sTP (or just /SAM and rely on landing 2+ hits of guillotine). Ecphoria Ring is a good place to get the 1sTP before guillotine (or want a true 6hit due to feather tickle).
Once you hit 70+ you have more options, Perdu sickle (imo) is one of the best scythes. 501 delay scythes needs 20sTP and 3 out 4 hits to make a 6hit build, which is /SAM + Rose strap + Brutal.
Rajas + Brutal also requires 3/4 hits of guillotine to land to get a 6hit with perdu (so you are no worse off by using rose, apart from the loss of DA, STR and DEX, Subtle blows obviously).
513 delay scythe need less sTP and rajas + brutal is a true 6hit. Rose + brutal requires 2/4 hits to land.
fair price for novia earring? looking to buy one from my LS but no-one seems to have a clue on what is a fair price.
15-20 million for a Novia? I barely see them break 3mil on Ragnarok let alone 5-6 times that amount <_< (That is unless you misread that as Novio in which case 15-20 million is about right here as well.)
Any tricks to it? I've played BST before for 5 minutes ever. I got a friends account XD
charm one neman , make it attack the other one, solo macha a little further, keep TP for walse (if /dnc, macro chr in but staff) was meleing with scythe (2handed stats make up for the lower skill and i had one on a mule)
my pet killed the other one, so i make it attack macha, sic and just keep meleing (i let it die cause i prefered finish solo than risking an uncharm)
Are there any particularly strong/useful Transfixion WSs that would warrant me shooting for a Light Gorget instead of a Flame Gorget? As you can guess, I'm just looking for a gorget to enhance my Fusion WSs at the moment, and Flame looks easier to obtain for me (no mage jobs; can't really help with Yovras). However, I do like planning ahead, so if there's some particular reasons a Light Gorget would be more useful than Flame, it'd be cool to know.
Sidewinder and Evisceration come to mind
As an RDM with every piece of enfeebling skill gear, and max enfeebling merits, are there any situations where a Alkalurops will outperform the appropriate HQ staff for say Para, Slow, or any other enfeebles? Sure, I can see the added MND would help in theory with Para proc's in HNM situations, but will the lack of appropriate HQ staff cause enfeebles to suffer in terms of accuracy?
Where is a good Eronf Colibri camp? Anyone know the <pos> off hand?
It won't outperform it in terms of accuracy. At best, it'll be equal, and in most situations an Alkalurops will offer slightly less accuracy than an HQ staff.
HQ staves are understood to be +30 MAcc. According to testing done with INT, at dINT under 10, 1 point of INT = 1 MAcc. Above that, tested up to dINT 30 I think, it was 2 INT = 1 MAcc.
Far as we know, this applies to MND as well - not sure if it's had quite as extensive testing done, but it's a logical assumption.
Alkalurops will be either the same 30 MAcc as HQ staves, or 25 MAcc, depending on dMND. Purely for accuracy, it'll never be better, but it'll be potentially just as good, though more often slightly behind.
'course, the whole point of using it is to have that extra 10 MND that an elemental staff wouldn't have, and due to that I'd say an Alkalurops would win for Para/Slow builds on higher end targets. Obviously, if you don't need the accuracy, you can make a potent wand/shield build for a lot less gil.
