I seem to recall reading at one point or another that there was not certain proof whether INT affects Ninjutsu accuracy. Does anyone know? I'm not interested in damage from the elemental jutsu, just ensuring that my debuffs land readily.

Has anyone else had problems with windower randomly freezing post update?
Are Spharai worth it?
No do Aegis instead.
Wouldn't Aegis have more benefit?
5min faf possible?
personal record was 8 minutes. only relic we had was mandau. with enough blms and a solid sc, i can see faf going down in 5.

From a solo standpoint, do gaiters/skadi/crimson have an advantage over the new +8% movement pants? I never really soloed anything before getting skadi and have heard a variance in reports of whether several mobs would still be able to catch you at 8% but not at 12%. I always thought if a mob had +movement it was more substantial (phaubos, raptors, manticores, etc). Are there some that would smother you with 8% that you could dust with 12%?
The examples you listed have flee speed.
Going purely by percentages, you'll make a little less than 50% faster using 12% movement speed than 8% (because pathing is independent of how fast you're running), which determines the next time you can cast another spell/etc. So you'll solo stuff faster with 12% movement speed than 8% movement speed. Sometimes soloing faster will make the difference between something raging and it not (maybe Dea is an example).
And yeah, normally movement speed is used vs. monsters with normal or decreased movement. As far as BLM/RDM goes, when you Gravity something it sets it at a constant -movement% (I always assumed around -12-24%?). So you'll make distance even at neutral running speed. However, with gaiters you'll make that distance faster, which means you can nuke faster, kill faster, and rest faster.
Those are all slower then flee speed, but they're maybe at +36%. If I remember right, a Gravitied Phaubo doesn't catch up to me at 12% movement speed running straight across sea.
perhaps I didn't ask the question quite right, let me simply ask:
"Are there mobs I can run away from at +12% that I could not run away from at 8%?"
There's always a certain time window when running away from a movement-normal enemy where you take hits even with movement speed. That window will be longer with 8% pants than with 12% pants. There may be some things, like the Chigoe ZNM, where this is fatal.
I don't know really. This is the first 8% movement item.
With the recent augmented stat of Conserve TP, do you think SE is hinting at a future job adjustment for DNC which gives it native Conserve TP job traits?
Heard people mention been able to get 95% spell interupt down, i'm just curious exactly how, if 50% is the cap through gear, 20 from the spell and 8 from merits where is the other 17 coming from? This is from a RDM/NIN perspective.
Where did the 50% interruption rate down being cap from gear come from anyway? <_<
I was asking about it on Alla years ago about it when I noticed you could get -100% on RDM and someone said something along the lines of, "It probably 50% cap or something." Then I think it spread.
Supposedly you actually want 102% spell interruption rate down (you can get it all from gear and Aquaveil) and then you are 100% uninterruptable.
