Total of 46, so with 4/5 Merits you need 13 more STP. Rajas+Brutal+Usukane would be exactly 13, but you wouldn't be able to swap out feet for WS. Finish STP and you could swap out feet for STR on WS.

5hit with 46STP and WS with 44 works too=> TP usu feet, WS hachi feet

[11.5*1.46]*5+[11.5*1.44]=16.7*5+16.5=100.0

For a non-E.body DRK is Heca Harness worth using as a WS body?

Its a slight drop in acc from Hauberk and you lose the attack, but 6STR worth the trade?

That was the sort of line I was thinking along.

NQ vs heca = 3.75acc and 4.75att vs 7 STR

HQ vs Heca = 6.5acc and 7.5att vs 6 STR

At the moment my DRK is far from a priority (currently using NQ Hauberk), but there was a chance I could pick up a Heca harness and wondered if it was worth the money to uncurse it (850k here).

So from a pure damage perspective for guillo 7 str > 10 attack? Now that I think about it might be a bit better.

Its not 7 STR vs 10 attack.

The extra 7 STR give you 5.25 extra attack, so it comes down to "7 STR vs 4.75att" if you ignore the accuracy aspect.

does third eye absorb mortal revolution? i've had it absorb multi-hit attacks before, but i've never fought armored chariot before, and while i'll be on mnk for this, i need to know whether to have our sam sub nin.

It does not absorb it, additionally mortal revolution wipes third eye.

The good new is though. Depending on your mp throughput( i have cor, rdm and brd as support) you might not need nin sub at all. just power your way through mr's

ok thanks... we normally have a whm/rdm/brd backline, so we may have him just run in and out for ws since it's our first go, but it's good to know.


edit: another question: does a carpenter's ring affect desynthesis, namely obtaining bloodwood lumber from soulflayer staves? the HQ2, spinel, is worthless, and i'd like to save some gil getting my lumber for usu hands.

Has anyone else been getting lots of R0ing recently? I'm only having issues with ffxi, done speed and ping tests and everything is working as it should. It started just under a week ago in Dynamis, and has been randomly occurring since, though it's worst in WotG zones. In some zones - such as whitegate - it's bad for a few minutes upon first entering, but then will be just fine. A few of my linkshell mates have been having similar problems - notably in Sea last night, when 10 or so of us all r0'd at the same time - but it's not ISP-based, as it happened to members in different countries.

I've not installed any new programs in this time, nor changed any firewall or anti-virus settings. Sorry if this isn't the right place for such a question, too.
