It's 11 minutes to go through 3152 seconds-worth of delay with nearly capped Haste. Basically, I did 52*.2 and rounded up to the nearest minute because SAM/WAR can't hit Haste cap. If I said it was 52 minutes people would have balked and asked why I was ignoring Haste, and it's more realistic to assume Haste cap than

At 11 minutes, we're looking at about 4 Meditates, which is 5.6 WSs with a 5-hit and maybe a little less with a 7-hit because it doesn't go to even 20TP chunks. So say it's 105 Tomoe WSs and 125 Love WSs. 125 Love WSs*93/117 = ~99 Tomoe WSs. So you're looking to get back the DoT difference with ~6-16 Tomoe WSs. 16 would be if Love actually averages one WS every 4.5 Attack rounds, which is probably closer to the truth.

9 Attack is going to make a difference, but without pDIF curves we can't figure out what it is. IMO it's better to just keep it a consideration and not use pDIF at all. If you're going to use pDIF and attempt to guess what your DoT equates to in damage, you need to remember to include the piercing bonus as well. So using your 2.0 pDIF you'd need your "extra" Tomoe WSs to do about 22.5k damage for Tomoe to catch up to Love. In 6 WSs, this is unreasonable. In 16 WSs? It's pretty reasonable. So it comes down to TP overflow, which I'm not calculating for a 7-hit build.

21 haste gear, 35 haste magic, 10 haste hasso is 66 haste, 52*.34=17-18 minutes, 11 is still way off, but my bad on leaving that off. 17.5 minutes is 7 meditates, or 14 wses for tomoe and 11 for love. 120/99 becomes 131/113, which becomes ~103/113. So assuming 0 overflow, it's closer to 10 Tomoe WSes. Next, how did a 9k difference become 22k with 2.0? 18k sounds closer, and I *think* 2.0 pdif is kinda high, unless you're running 2brd+cor. Sushi+chaos or sushi+2xminuet without both is not going to hit 2.0. I was overestimating, and saying if I overestimate love and tomoe still wins, then tomoe will win with the proper numbers. Anyway, assuming 0 overflow, I need to make up 18k damage with 10 WSes if we ignore acc, attack, and overflow. If we actually did a range, and assumed your 4.5, you lose 13/1.27=10 more WSes, so we actually only need to do 18k damage with 20 WSes. Really, there isn't much need to calculate the overflow, there is no way with numbers run so far that love will win.

It became 22.5k because you have to factor in the 25% piercing bonus, so it's actually 9,000*2*1.25. Regardless, Tomoe would still make it in 20 WSs.

IDK, even if Love was slightly better I don't think I'd use it:
    1) You have to farm Virtue Stones
    2) You feed a hell of a lot more TP to Birds or Gears due to multi-procs and no Subtle Blow.
    3) You have a higher DoT and are more likely to pull hate and get your TP stolen before the WS.

Guestimate: 7 hit built, usually 1 ws per bird, around 1400 stones. Very rough guess though.

Colibiri I amuse if so probably due to hate/feather tickle issue as mentioned, and TP overflow.

    Any suggestions for war gear?

Aside from the obvious HNM things (aberk, vbelt), the biggest I can see are:
WS pants, WS gorget, Cuchu mantle, and PCC. Anything else? and how should I prioritize those upgrades?

I'm going to be working for Alky's I guess for a KJ macro.

Missing in that "to get" list Aurum Sabatons and Blitz ring. Both of them are good upgrades when applicable and fairly easy to get, so should be priorities. Sea gorget and peacock charm next, then into smaller upgrades that take much more money like Hauby+1, Cuch. Mantle and Dusk Feet+1 or acc+7 ring. Ultimately, things like V. Belt, Adaberk, Dusk Hands+1... Also, even though the head piece you are using for wss is awesome, I would encourage trying to get/buy Hecatomb Cap. Looking good in general.

Thanks, going off that, would blitz ring be worth it if acc isn't capped? and how does HQ dusk compare to Aurum feet? I'm lvling RDM now for zenispamming and I hit 100leather last week, so they'll both be fairly attainable in the coming weeks.

Blitz is usually used when you can cap accuracy without making huge sacrifices into acc gear. This is true for most situations with agressor up and most scenarios you are using pizza for. When your gear is a little better, you will find out you are capping acc in many many places, but with your current setup you wont get as much use as you will later on. HQ dusk feet is better when you can cap accuracy without aurum, same thing as with Blitz vs Acc rings. I havent got them atm as there arent enough situations I find I can drop the Aurum feet for Dusk+1 while keeping accuracy capped, but I would take them for zergs and fighting monster with the evasion of colibries.

Also, if you accuracy isnt capped, a 5acc ring is adding about 2.5% damage, and a 7acc ring, 3.5%. For 1% haste to add that amount you are going to need to be in a high haste situation, otherwise you should keep the acc choices on.

Does anyone know if Darksteel Harness is a Tier I? The price of it on the ah seems to point to T0, but the LC level isn't listed on Wiki. NQ20k HQ900k. Could just be price gouging ftw, but I wanted to ask before I have a friend craft a ton for me.

I thought unlike the rest of the set it was a t0, but being a t1 would at least explain why it was just as easy if not more to get it HQ'd. So I would go with Tsuko's answer.

Is there a way to trigger Spellcast on a pet's actions? such as a pet WSor magic being cast? If so how would I do this? (Before you say trigger it on the master action, note I am a PUP and my pet does things on his own, not on any direct order.) Thanks for any info! also a PUP Spellcast xml example set would be greatly appreciated if any pups have one they would be willing to share.
