I wouldn't say that, most land for less than 10 tp. When used by 2 DRKs at timer as a hate spell, it still negates regain, and the occasional non-resist is often enough to negate any TP the blms give.

The DRKs can indeed swap Pluto's (or just Dark) in for Abs-TP while tanking Omega, should be a nice increase.

Fair point. I've never done a lowman Omega so I'm used to Abs-TP being fairly negligable with regards to slowing TP gain because obviously that small amount you absorb becomes increasingly insignificant as TP fed becomes larger.

Pluto's would be very nice I'd imagine but since I've never tanked Omega (voluntarily) on DRK, obviously it's just been a standard DD role for me

Doing Omega with more than like 7 or so is such a waste, could be getting an Apollyon chip at the same time.

I agree, and I've also had people cancel Omega runs because we could "only" get 12 or so <_<

Whats the ideal set up for 6manning Omega? Would it be something along the lines of NIN/DRK, BRD/WHM, RDM/WHM, SAM/?, and 2 BLMs?

EDIT: I said NIN/DRK because Omega's a fucking joke to tank.

I've done it RDM/NIN, BRD/WHM, RDM/DRK, 3 BLM.

not for me, considering I only ever go for ABCs these days. Unless they I'd never be in the omega group or the groups don't split coins amongst all the groups, but within their own groups.

Don't need Rose Strap for 6hitting Perdu if /sam + Rajas + Brutal!

According to FFXICalculator
Perdu Sickle = 501 delay. 13 TP a hit 8 hits for 100 TP
/sam 15 Store TP = 15.6 TP a hit 7 hits for 100 TP.
Rajas Ring 5 store TP = 16.3 TP a hit 7 hits for 100 TP
Brutal Earring 1 store TP = 16.5 TP a hit or 7 hits for 100 TP

Leaving you 2 Store TP shy of 16.7 Store TP or 6 hits for 100 TP
for a True 6 hit build.

Well I'm not really the type to quit a ls after I get what I want, others still need homam ect, but yea, I prefer just doing it all together, so less runs are U/O lol so I get more money from the ABCs

How much Defense and MDB or MDT does Shining Ruby give? Otherwiki has two different values for it listed on two different pages (4 MDT and 10 MDB), so I don't trust it >_>;
