Breaking 299 in crafts and such is a little over 480k. Sucks, but.. should be manageable if you're actually fighting between sessions. Though, I did hold on gathering and aether for a short bit, but they're 399 and 350 now respectively.

At least with Assassisn if you have 2+ of them they can set up a burst rotation and it makes for a lot of dmg very fast.....SM's are just shit out of luck.

SM is more important, ask a party which they want more, +20% drop-rate or a chanter's shitty debuffs. (In before 0*1.2=0...)
