I haven't had much experience with them other than me and my legion killing Naruto and a few other members around when the game first released. From what I have heard and gathered..

Leader is some douche who thinks he is so awesome for using the Benny Lava video as his guild gimmick, thinks he is the ultimate troll. Yes there is video evidence of them exploiting/botting on some mobs, which is how they all got to 50 so fast. A lot of other people on the Siel forums complain about them training other Elyos legions.

Please tell me you didn't hop on the Elyos bandwagon?

Can't say I've seen many huge nodes, personally. Was a titanium a little SW of LC in Eltnen then I think I saw a giant plant in Heiron near Miserly Iskraw's pop. They don't seem to respawn at the pace of smaller nodes, either.

I've never seen any "huge" nodes at all in any Asmo lands and I gather a lot of materials.

Syntex said he's ran across one for some kind of rock (diamond or ruby? i dont remember).

I've been getting Huge ores (Blue HQ) from regular nodes, tho I'm only like 287 extraction skill so the best I can get so far is like Huge Lazuli Ore.

I'm pretty sure "Huge" gathering nodes (if a node had 3 gathers a huge version has 12; 1 gather nodes like diamond have 6 gathers) only appear in Elyos zones.

Needless to say that guy is on my DNP list. The rest of the run denigrated into the Glad and the Temp tossing insults at each other because the Glad kept trying to tank and kept waking up my slept/tree'd mobs and the chanter kept meleeing instead of helping the cleric heal. When we went to kill the boss the cleric ran out of MP, the glad died and blamed the temp for not tanking. -_-;

Yeah I hate glads that AoE constantly in range of CCed mobs. And SMs who think sic'ing their pet on a CCed mob is enough for it to keep hate over CC from sorcs.

The drop rate on Rotan's Link isn't too bad, I had 2 and saw several go freeloot by the time I got fed up with Fire Temple.

Yeah I know its not that rare of a drop, I rolled a 7 and the cleric rolled higher then me only to be out lotted by the Glad. I just found the whole thing shitty, plus the Glad kept trying to blame me for not CC'ing mobs.
