I don't get that, everyone grinded to 50 for what, sitting AFK in Teminon? D: Turnouts for forts lately have been depressing. We'd take over artifacts at Roah and own them for less than 2 minutes before they'd recap it.

As for my complaint, hunting masks from treasure chests really is lame. Kept the treasure chests on lockdown for 8-12 hours a day in nute warrens for a month straight to finally get a gold treasure box yesterday for... 250k kinah and some power shards woot.

I used to fly around the abyss for 30-60 minutes and not run into an elyos.

Then i'd get bored and log on my 31 alt to rift and as soon as i step through the rift, there would be like 15-25 level 50's waiting.

Eltnen is the real Abyss.

About half my dredgions since 1.9 have had people like this who enter for the sole purpose of AFKing for free AP, screwing the party over and effectively wasting everybody else's time.

We have people that recruit groups for this on Vaizel. "AFK Dredge LFM PST any level doesn't matter".

I've done that quite a few times myself. My wife even does it for me while I'm at work. We have other things to attend to but why pass up free AP? We don't just join random groups though. We'll either shout or join for an afk-dredge group specifically. Fully funded an advanced stigma I wanted to try out that way when I didn't have time to play for a week.

The post wasn't meant to be a call out to the people who actually do this, which is why I did hide the names. I know why people do this, the incentive is there for it, but it is irritating as hell when you get a team that had a good chance of winning or should have been able to win with ease being brought down because of people abusing the system like this.
