I have a semi related FT question if I may. A friend told me the FT boss is 37 but I'm only newly lvl 30 Templar. That's a pretty decent gap, so what level should I start doing FT runs if 30 is too low? I have a lot of quests and things I can still work on so FT can probably wait a few lvls if it's not a good idea at 30.

I'd get within 5 minimum, more like 3 to be a bit better off. I tanked it on gladiator a few times at 34-35 so you could probably get away with 32-33 as a templar.

30 can tank Kromede ok, just gonna have more healing needed.

Vile judge can be a bit harder to tank at 30 tho

Just wait until you all get to the 2nd to last Elten Mission where you have to farm a key from "select" lv 40 elites way the hell deep into Kaiden HQ. Key is not grp loot and has about the same drop rate as the FT key (so can get lucky or sit there for hrs). Only this time you can't single pull 75% of the mobs and there are elite links everywhere u look lol

FT sucks to do at 30 but it's doable. The problem is a lot of your shit is going to miss so unless your dps is also low level (which makes it take a looooooooong time) your threat might have issues. Did both forms of Kromede at 30 (or maybe i was 31 for Vile) and it was doable, but yeah.

Except, you get the key while farming the molar for the +20% speed boots and dont actually notice the time it takes to get the scroll for the key because you get like 20 billion of them?

I've been in FT since about level 30 as an SM, I'm 34 now. I've seen 30 templars tank all the time, it's really more of a matter on how well you make pulls over gear or level in FT. 30 I'd say is the lowest you'd want to get into it though.

Except that farming leads to a blue weapon. Asmodian doesn't get anything compared to the Hannet/Inferno questlines.

A blue weapon? @_@ Last I checked when Kromede dropped weapons they were all orange quality.

You can get into FT at 28. Had a 28 Sorc come with us today... he was bothering the PT leader enough to let him in and as soon as he does he aggros 4 mobs or so.
