it's towards the end of the first (and unfortunately only) season. I can't remember that particular girl's name, Jean maybe? She ends up being pretty cool.

The whole time the series is in that Northern snowy area is just fucking a-may-zing. The whole story is really amazing too, definitely my favorite anime ever.

The only caveat though is that the manga it's based off of only releases one chapter a month, and the anime and manga take different storyline routes about 2/3rds of the way through the anime. So if you end up wanting to read more if you watch the anime, make sure to go back and read the part where the split happens.

Shit's god-tier though, so awesome.

Claymore Manga - Read Claymore manga scans online. is the manga. It's sort of in the same vein as Berserk I guess. The artist seems to spend a bit more time on it than most.

The anime was pretty good, but as mentioned, did diverge from the manga some - partly I think so that they could wrap things up after 20-some episodes, as the manga is ongoing.

Alot of people do this. There is nothing wrong with a home birth. The only wtf to me is posting the pics on facebook. Believe it or not, childbirth used to be performed outside of hospitals! I know, its crazy. Most women who give birth at home do so in a collapsible pool of some kind. The water is warm and most have a mid-wife there to make sure everything goes ok.

It happens all the time. It's as safe as any other birth method. Posting those pics on facebook itself is wtf, but the practice itself really isn't. My sister was born at home and she's as normal (or crazy, depending on how you prefer to view it) as I am.

EDIT: Beaten but yeah, there's nothing inherently wrong with it other than posting it on Facebook.
