No amount of powering up will beat invulnerability. If you have something that is 100% fireproof then no matter how much flame is applied it will not ignite. That;s why I said its a conditional anyways, if Goku had Kryptonite, or counted as magical, then he would win hands down. As he does not there is no contest.

Superman could hope for a draw, at best. Even if he was invincible, his punches wouldn't hurt Goku at all. He's to weak to damage Goku, plus if superman even touched Goku > instant transmission > planet w/ red sun/location w/ Kryptonite > death

though if it had to only goku vs superman, it'd be goku.
superman had bleed from brute force hits before (though extremely rare in the comic book series), so it doesn't seem to be complete invulnerability.
