I got a job for you.

It pays 'loads'.

I could have told you this six months ago. (And also, two years before that)Originally Posted by Ksandra

ya, I know. It sucks though cause I have a job...just boss stopped paying me...lmao
She's already filed for bankruptcy, and still keeps getting herself in debt. It's crazy ><;
What's worse is that I had/have a job opportunity that will pay awesomesauce but a friend applied for the job too, and I'm pretty much 99.9% sure she'll def get it over me. (still no word on it yet though) XD oh well. She needs to get out of her job too so it's understandable.
Fast food is always hiring!
ain't no shame... I worked at mcd's for a few months when I got out of school, then while I was working there I got a much better offer.
you
I am white and I have work experience, I don't think there would be any bias against me.
true that, I was thinking worse case best buy or something. I wanna avoid fast food as much as possible, and not because of shame, but because of the even more pounds I'd end up gaining from it.
You'd think when they read 'Previous Work Experience: Battlemaster' that I would be hired instantly
Ive been out of work for a while and recently I got a call from an old friend I worked with at kmart, I worked security there like 7 years ago, and they want to rehire me, so I think I'll end up going, $14.00 an hr to scowl at white people and watch cameras for 40 hrs a week cant be too bad.
I would hire a battlemaster.
What I'm doing is saving my cash.
When I knew my last job was going to end, I put 100% of my paychecks into my savings, and I'm doing the same with my unemployment now. Once it runs out, I'll have several thousand dollars on hand.
Ideally, if the market goes the way I think it will, I'll be able to use the money as a downpayment on a house that the cost would pan out to a monthly nut (PITI) that's far less than what my mom is paying in apartment rent now. Our cost of living overhead drops, & she can use the difference to pay off the house even faster. Once we're free and clear (which if prices hit where I think, could be as early as seven years), she can semi-retire, and I have a place to inherit.
Hell, could even do it now, if we were willing to live in Compton.
If that doesn't pan out though, I can use the cash to try and bootstrap a home business.
I actually had an idea, and I haven't seen any competition in the area. Just gotta figure out feasibility.
And hey, if everything turns around and the world goes all rainbows and unicorns, employment spikes, etc. I can just blow the cash on a bitchin computer AND Vespa
