I'll comment on the ones I know.
This series is extremely good, but considering you watched a couple other series, I would suggest saving it for later.
This show is rewarding in terms of anime romantic comedies go. It has decent closure and the love triangles are pretty good. The character development is probably one of the best anime's of this genre.- Toradora
This is probably the best anime (sans episode 9) of last season. It has a good mix of comedy, love, and gore. I recommend finding the best subbed and highest viewing quality you can find.- Bakemonogatari
I liked this one, but I wouldn't consider it the best of love type animes. The characters are very well drawn and feel real. If you have watched Ichigo 100%, an older and much longer series, then this would be complementing to it.- Hatsukoi Limited
This is sort of a longer journey of a romantic comedy. There are a lot of high and low moments in it. I suggest maybe watching this after Clannad After Story, since they both take on a longer timeline for the story to develop.- Itazura Na Kiss
This is one of my favorite drama type anime's. Since you have gone through the harem of Clannad, you should probably watch this sooner than later while you may have some of the characters fresh in your mind. Don't forget to watch the 2 other OVA's. I'd like to stress that this is a fan favorite and there is far more drama than harem type comedy than Clannad.- Clannad After Story
I'd only recommend having someone watch this after watching Haruhi, Clannad, Maria watches over us, and maybe Gundam to understand the references made in it. Obviously MMO's are but this is an FFXI Forum =P. Since you have watched most of those, then I think Lucky Star would be suitable- Lucky Star
Certainly not as funny as Lucky Star, but has more moeblobs in it.- K-ON
Everything else that was mentioned I have seen and the reactions have been pretty much the same as everyone else's.
I'd also suggest the following:
Comedy:
Azumanga Daioh - relatively PG slice of life comedy of just girls in high school. Animation style is much older and more simple.
Genshiken - This is a comedy of otaku-ness set in a college environment.
Minami-ke - This is a slice of life comedy that spans like 3 different series. Art styles change as different studios produced this. The comedy is a little lighter than many other series.
Great Teacher Onizuka - This is an older series if your visual palette can take the older style and bland colors. It is certainly interesting though.
Romantic Comedy:
His and her circumstance - I personally like this one in terms of both comedy and love story set in the typical Japanese High School setting.
Kimikiss Pure Rouge - In terms of eroge turned harem anime, this was probably one of the most satisfying anime's. There is actual closure and the main male protagonist is split into 2 different characters for more love triangles
Dramatic Romance:
Kimiga Nozomu Ein (or Rumbling Hearts) - This one is a lot more dramatic in terms of love stories and spans a longer time frame. There is also a parallel version to it with a reversal role for the 2 main heroines.
Drama:
Eden of the East - This was 2 seasons ago's best anime. It has light romance but its significant in comparison to the overall plot.
I personally liked the first Minami-ke. Okawari's animation style and lack of humor makes it (the 2nd series) the worst. Okaeri is a little better and I think it went back to the original studio for animation.
Minami-ke 2nd and 3rd season were by the same studio. I didn't mind the quality drop, actually, I think I enjoyed the 2nd season more in overall. The biggest problem is, like most slice of life, they are fun early, but fall quickly in repetitive stuff since there is no development.

Fuck every single one of you for not mentioning this.
dunno if you can call that romance... i mean.. it's almost like will & grace anime haha
pretty awesome anime though
if shit like K-On and Lucky Star got mentioned, there really is no reason that shouldn't.
On something more relevant to the topic at hand

Again, fuck every single one of you for not mentioning it.
He wanted drama with love/comedy, that's why it wasnt listed.
And Kannagi...idk. I would have enjoyed it more if you guys werent fapping furiously to it every week in the anime thread. It had some very funny moments, and it's watchable, but it wasnt quality entertainment for me.
He also listed Haruhi as an example of what he liked, Haruhi being a series with maybe two semi-romantic scenes across two full seasons and a spate of mini-eps.
But his taste does seem to lean towards the shoujo side of the Anime divide, so I'm going to recommend KKNJ

Maria+Holic has plenty of drama!
Call it a knee-jerk reaction to seeing Kyoani's retarded moe shit being listed while this wasn't, though it's mostly just my usual urge of posting pictures of Mariya and tendency to launch random profanity at everyone in the thread.
As for Kannagi, it is just gonna be another thing we'll have to disagree on.
And here's another you fuckers missed.

I don't know, for me Haruhi was a 3 episodes drama with 9 fillers. I really loved the 3 episodes thought.
I did feel bad for kanako most of the time, it had to be dramatic!Maria+Holic has plenty of drama!

For what the OP wanted, I wouldn't have listed Lucky Star, K-On!, Haruhi, Kannagi or Maria Holic at all. Ouran is a valid one to miss, but since I wasn't bothered to include School Rumble I wouldn't have included Ouran either.
Eden of the East is a good recommendation
Shuffle! (Comedy/Drama/Romance).
Myself;Yourself (Drama/Romance).
I've got like 20 animes currently downloadingThank you all!
When the OP listed haruhi as drama, it's probably a sign that you can pretty much throw anything on the table and call it drama.

Relevant Drama!
Loved Kannagi when it wasn't trying to be serious.
Loved Clannad After Story.
Ouran and Maria Holic should indeed have been mentioned.
Lucky Star and K-ON are entertaining but definitely not in the "best of" category.
A few things I have seen and really enjoyed
Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad
Full Metal Panic! + The Second Raid + Fumoffu(sp?)
