    Well according to lolCNN as many have stated before, the family was featured on Wife Swap. The Hennes (Falcon's Parents) were seen as very free when it came to their children whereas the Martel Family (Who they swapped wtih) was seen as a very cautious family that was concerned about safety. Mrs Martel said that she was shocked that the Hennes kids were rambunctious and jumping off banisters without any parental concerns from their father.

    I am with everyone else though, the kid probably messed with the balloon and when he saw it take off, he had an oh-shi moment and ran to hide because he didn't want to get in trouble.
