    It would be a freak accident if there was an unforeseen mechanical failure that caused the carriage to roll off the platform. Instead the mother is either using a defective carriage (all carriages have locking wheels, all of them) and doesn't care, or just doesn't care. Everything that could have been done to prevent this didn't happen. It's not an accident if negligence causes it.

    I imagined a little kid running behind the train but this is so much better. Seriously any parent that doesn't think to lock the wheels on a windy day doesn't deserve to keep their kid.
