I didn't claim sagat is not top tier, if you have two players of equal skills the sagat player is gonna come out on top, but there is plenty of shitty sagat players out there, so no, it is not impossible to make sagat suck

That is not someone making sagat suck, that is someone sucking with something that isnt built to suck.

Suckitude is proprietary to the player, not sagat.
