By not giving contracts to companies with an arbitration clause in their contracts you'll have less companies looking to pursue contracts because they'll be open to frivolous lawsuits for job conditions that people know they are getting into and are already being compensated for through hazard pay.

Considering how many billions of dollars change hands through Federal contracts, I don't think there is any danger of vendors deciding not to do business with the Federal government any time soon.

Oh they could of have voted for this amendment but against the main bill(which is a DoD bill which the majority of those republicans had voted for in the past). Fuck off with the partisan bullshit. This should have passed 100%.
