And I didn't eat for a while last night. Normally I eat when I wake up, several times throughout the day, and before I go to sleep. If I don't eat for more than a few hours at a time I become overwhelmed with ravenous hunger and get intense stomach pains.
But I made food last night, forgot about it, reheated it a couple hours later, forgot about it again, and went to sleep a couple hours later. I haven't ate anything today and I haven't felt hungry at all.
I did drink a two liter of Mountain Dew though, if that counts for anything.
I'm just wondering if I should suck it up and eat before I go to sleep, or if I'll be fine going another night without food.
