From the wording, it seems like each exalted faction will just give you 1 specific title, like "Turtle" or some shit if you are exalted with WSG.

If you won every single battleground you ever played, it would take 1100 battlegrounds (400 WSG, 400 AB, 100 AV, 100 EOTS, and 100 SOTA) to currently obtain Battlemaster. After the nerf you will only need 100 of each, totaling to 500 and cutting the requirements by more than half.

Assuming a 50% win ratio and 30 minutes average per game, it takes 1 hour per win. 1100 hours - 500 hours = 600 hours wasted play time.
