Ok now I general hate ESPN and their biasesness blahblah but I thought this article was hilarious. Cowboys have a new starter at WR -- sort of - NFL Nation - ESPN

Bennett might be the most impressive four-catch tight end in the league. The entertaining player told me Wednesday that a fifth catch might transform his career. But it's not a funny topic to Cowboys fans. Their team has been awful in the red zone, where tight ends such as Jason Witten and the 6-foot-6 Bennett might come in handy. So far this season, Bennett's had one red zone throw in his direction.

But I get it. Why would you throw to those guys when you have Sam Hurd in one-on-one coverage with Champ Bailey?

    OK, don't answer that.

Oh, and your basis for the results has no bearing, as the pitch surface was changed earlier this year:

I think the Vikings are in trouble if Winfield can't go. They're already not exactly great against the pass and the Steelers have been great throwing the ball so far this year.

Not sure if he was on a promo college tour or what, but I wtf'd and cheered at the same time.

Ok, I was out of town watching my Irish last weekend, and now I'm back to annoy the fuck outta all you fools this weekend (especially Miz). Here are my picks for Week 7

Green Bay at Cleveland - Seriously Green Bay, if you can't win this one, I don't even know wtf to say about your team. Cleveland is still just God-effing-awful, free win for GB.

San Diego at Kansas City - SD hasn't been very impressive, but ffs, they play the Chiefs...

Indianapolis at St. Louis - STL cover your eyes, grab your ankles and grab some lube, this raping won't be pretty or gentle.

Minnesota at Pittsburgh - You know, Favre and the Viks are just one of those teams that I don't know how to pick in the big games. When it looks like a fairly obvious matchup that they should lose, somehow they pull a win outta their ass. Everything is telling me to pick the Steelers, sooo...Vikings to win.

New England at Tampa Bay - TB, see my advice to STL above.

San Francisco at Houston - Houston is starting to click at last and I will definitely take them to pull this one out at home. Should be a close game.

Buffalo at Carolina - I can't believe I'm picking clutch here, but Buffalo has proven that they are once again awful. Clutch can be Clutch and still win this game.

NY Jets at Oakland - Sanchez seriously needs a bounce-back here, he just looked awful last week. I would take Oakland, but they have gotten there "where in the fuck did that win come from" out of their system already against the Eagles. Therefore, I'm taking the Dirty.

Atlanta at Dallas - FML, this game is going to be awful for me. This has all the makings of a shootout. You want to know why I'm picking Atlanta? It's simple: somewhere along the line the Dallas defense will have to stop them from scoring late in the game. Name a decent team that they've done that against...yeah. Atlanta to come out on top.

Chicagoat Cincinnati - OK Bengals, I've only picked one of your games correctly and you are starting to seriously piss me off. You're at home and I still don't fully trust Chicago to be able to put up enough points to beat you. Seriously, win this one, Headspace is going to rage on me if I start picking you and you continue to fucking lose.

New Orleans at Miami - Brees can put up points faster than the Wildcat can. This is gonna be ugly.

Arizona at NY Giants - Giants are going to be pissed, and they are going to be at home. Arizona just isn't what they were last year, and although I think the Giants record doesn't quite reflect the team that they are; however, I definitely think they are better than the Cards.

    MON, OCT 26

Philadelphia at Washington - Zorn and Co, you may want to see my advice to STL and TB. Eagles are coming off a WTF loss, and your team is still a fucking joke. You've given up wins to the Lions and the Chiefs. There is no way in hell I can even think about picking anyone but the Eagles in this one.

    BG Pick 'Em Record:
60-30 (I'm tied with Tyche, oh my!)

lol at everyone's apprehension of picking Clutch. I picked the Bills in my leagues, I expect Beast mode to get off against us.

Thing is though Miz, even though that sounds like an obvious outcome...I still see the Bills tripping all over themselves.

Philadelphia at Washington (+7) - Wow, I didn't realize this was the Monday game until I typed this out. What a shitty Monday night game. The fucking redskins? Are you kidding me? Well, expect Philly to use the redskins to bounce back huge after that unspeakable loss to a Jamarcus Russel led team. Philly to cover.
I expect Philly to not only cover that spread, but beat it twice over. First, they have to be infuriated with the loss to the Raiders. Second, when Philly does win, they don't do it gracefully. They put 30+ points on the board and kick you while you're down, to boot. 38-10, 34-14, 33-14. That's their wins- by 28, 20, and 19. Washington is of similar quality and even more anemic offense. I expect similar results.

Haynesworth might actually do something on defense instead of getting carted off every other game. Mr. Bingo could establish the running game early to keep the Philly D closer to the ball and burn them with a deep pass to Cooley. All of this going on while Zorn continues to be emasculated by Darth Snyder.
Monday night games have been pretty good this year, and I doubt this one's going to disappoint. Washington has a shit ton of drama and are looking to make a last stand and Philly is coming off an embarrassing upset with something to prove.
I disagree on the upset, but if Campbell gets off the field before the first quarter it might actually be less than totally embarassing. Collins generated two field goals vs a 0-5 team last week. I don't think he's got the materials in the current Washington team to put up a serious offensive drive vs. anything more than the dregs of the league at this point. But having someone besides Campbell -trying- to do something with the offense will mean more time burned from the clock by the offense, which means the defense won't be trying as hard to win the game singlehandedly.

I can't think of any games you could be thinking of other than maybe the Ravens game, but that was at home. All their road games have been against the lols of the league. I don't mean to sound like a homer, but I think this is the first time they aren't favored.

Not that they don't pull wins out of their ass... this is undeniable, just that they haven't had more than one losing match up.

49ers was the other one that came to mind. Now, I know SF is far from elite in the league, but they are far from lol IMO.
