Vick has definitely lost a couple steps, he looks like he's moving in slow motion out there.

You cant take anything away from Carter, Vick never got a chance to even turn the corner. Coming out of College Carter was one of the faster DE's at the combine, dude is a pure burner so I dont think its as much as it is Vick than is it the athleticism of Carter.

Peppers had the same effect on Vick when he was still with the Falcons for all those years. Fast DE's can negate his speed as long as you keep him semi contained.
