You need to include "alpha", the level correction for modifiers. "alpha" is .83 at level 75.
So it's FLOOR(94*.83*.2) = 15 right now
And would be FLOOR(99*.83*.2) = 16 with DEX+5
So you get one base damage from it.
So it's FLOOR(94*.83*.2) = 15 right now
It gets floored twice
94 x .2 = 18.8~ 18
18 x .83 = 14.94~ 14
99 x .2 = 19.8~19
19 x .83 = 15.77~15
still 1 increase, but 14 to 15 rather than 15 to 16
Lava's/Kusha's was brought up earlier, but can't figure out a definitive answer. Some people said yay, others nay, multiple retracted their opinion.
So for a PUP with 314.7 acc for TP pre-rings, and 362.2 pre-rings for WS where would these rings fall?
Options would be L/K or Rajas/Ulth and/or Woods ring? Seems like pieces like virtuoso belt, surge subligar, and anwig salade can give a considerable amount of accuracy if needed to cap WS (so R/U would work), but would it be better to TP with L/K? Even then with sole TP is only getting like 81% hit rate.
For monk/thief, would there be a hit rate tier where L/K becomes better to TP in than R/U? And I'm assuming 55-74 L/K are pretty much on par with tors/sniper's+1?
And for general ranking purposes would it be the follow order for one handed jobs or could someone rearrange it if needed please?
1. Rajas+Tor's/Sniper's+1/Divisor
2. Tor's/Sniper's+1/Divisor ~ L/K
3. Rajas + Ulth/Woods/Snipers/Iota
4. Dual acc rings
For pup, since you are going to use soloe sushi(+1) anyway, you attack is low, probably less than 350, the 6 att on the ring will beat 2x toreador's for both TP and WS. However they will not beat rajas +tor or rajas+divisor probably : rajas is one full fstr (with hades sainti it's like 2% increase), 2-3 attack, 2-3 accuracy and more importantly, you save a hit otw to 100 TP. If I had to rank for pup and for monk it would be :
for TP :
1) divisor +rajas
2) tor+rajas
3) new rings
3) tor+divisor
4) torx2
for WS, the new rings should come first, for pup.

Aren't gorgets are generally the best neck pieces save for occasionally justice, love, and possibly faith?
Gorgets are always better for the WS except possibly with ancient/love for dex tiers and when you're looking at a WS with a really high ftp like slugwinder.

Some quick math with sidewinder and only looking at mods/ftp and having base damage be 100 with fstr being 20:
(100+20+(5*.83))*5 = 620.75
(100+20+0)*5.1 = 612
Just a really quick and dirty comparison to show that it's quite possible that gorget could be under stats.
As my blu's nearing lvl 75, does this list hold true for other it as well? What about using DW3/acc10 body for TP phase? Coz I'm not too sure how the store tp and dual wield will affect the TP.
In other words, Homam body vs DW3/acc10 body = ?

Aye, Mirage was the reason I said "between the two". Rings may be up in the air a bit, I daresay Rajas > Toreador's still holds though due to the STP and fSTR.

Given STR+4 WS acc. +15 as the first augment on the MKE piece, what's better as the second augment for DRG, STR+2 (Haste+2) or Acc+10 Att+5?
Current WS set has +39 STR, +38 Acc (optical hat included), and +6 DEX.

I'd sooner get 4 AGI/2% WS damage than a paltry 2 STR.
But doesn't 2 STR serve to get past the enemy's defenses more effectively? 2% WS dmg is factored in after the damage calculation.
