If Accuracy is a non-issue, I'd use Rutter Sabatons. Personally I stick with Usukane Sune-Ate, though, so that I can adjust other gear and because it doesn't hurt to have a little extra Enmity and TP.

Assuming you're actually getting Minuet, I'd say that Minuet Earring is the better option. Without Minuet, I'd probably still stick with Minuet Earring as the critical hit nature of Blade: Jin makes Attack somewhat less valuable than it would be for a different multi-strike WS like, say, Asuran Fists.

Gonna depend on the rest of your set. Assuming acc isn't an issue is usually someplace where you are much higher level than the mob and can push more towards 50 dex over mob agi so I'd say min earring and Denali in that case. Everywhere else I'd say usu and merman so the atk helps your non crit hits.

Well, if you're fighting birds you can pretty much discount Pizza.

Breakdown can vary a lot. I would say it ends up being about 50-50 (spell-melee/ws), but if your getting more than 6 MP/tic in Refresh then that number can be more skewed towards spells. If hate doesn't sit on you as much and your TP doesn't constantly get wiped, then that would skew it more towards melee.

Pretty sure for multi-hitting BP you'll want:
+5 SMN magic (Pretty sure +smn magic is only + pet acc)
Pretty sure for Single hitting BP you'll want:
+ 5 pet att( Pretty sure you won't need much acc)
Pretty sure of Merited BP + Spell BP you'll want:
+2 Pet MAB.

For normal attacks
Yes crit rate caps at 20% (floors @5%)
Merits stack directly on top of this (maxed @4%)
Gear/Weapons with +crit% also stack.
