Not all of that was a Pro-Orc Helm argument (Especially the last point). I'm playing a moderate figure in this debate, so it's important to list as many factors as possible.

If my fstr were capped, I'd look into another slot to swap out rather than 4 attack from orc helm. Better investments than that.
for asuran fists, usu legs vs hachiryu legs vs byakko's. dont have shura and probably wont get them
Depends on buffs, other gear, hitrate, ect. Situational. Won't be a universal pair of pants of the three.
Which Champion's Galea augment would improve YGK damage more: STR+2 or WS damage+2%? (I'm choosing STR+4/WS Acc+15 as one augment, but I don't know which of the other two would make a better second augment)
Actually, I'm planning on using this head for Raging Rush and Drakesbane and Guillotine as well; is the correct choice for YGK the incorrect choice for any of these WS's?
WS Damage +2%.
Pretty sure it will work out better for the other ws's as well.
for gekkos: str+4, WS+2%. As far as I know we still don't know if the 2% is added to overwhelm, or computed separately. If it makes overwhelm 21% then maat's cap (7 str) is slightly better ( so long you do not cap fstr at least), but galea slightly better than str+6. otherwise galea is better than maat's cap all the time.
Setting up a Rampage gear set for my BST. Can't decide certain pieces for different mobs. Considering this is BST, many times my target may only be T, or sometimes VT or IT. So please let me know if an item may be best for a T, but something else for VT. Here's what my options are:
Main: Maneater
Sub: Tatami Shield
Ammo: White Tathlum
Head: Hecatomb Cap
Neck: Sea Gorget
Ear1: Brutal Earring
Ear2: Delta Earring or Assault Earring? Usualy only use Delta when soloing.
Body: Hauberk +1, Hecatomb Harness, Kirin's Osode. I assume Adaman Hauberk would be the best when I get one, but for now I can't decide from those three.
Hands: Hecatomb Mittens
Ring1: Flame Ring or ToAU Ring?
Ring2: Rajas Ring
Back: Cuchulain's Mantle or Forager's Mantle?
Waist: Warwolf Belt or Potent Belt?
Legs: Beast Trousers +1 or Byakko's Haidate?
Feet: Creek M Clomps or Aurum Sabatons?
Also, no space for axe merits, so skill is 269. Mostly hung up on the body, legs, and back. Any suggestions of gear I don't already have welcome as well.
I'd go with hauby(+1) over heca harness. And gorget over PCC for sure.
yeah haub+1 I looked over that :\ tired
Gorgets add 10 accuracy, there no reason to ever use a PCC over one for WS.
Which would be better for BLU physical spells? Enkidu's Subligar or Mirage Shalwar?
I'm looking at the big 3 in particular. Thank you![]()
Capped hitrate -> Enkidu's, uncapped -> Mirage. With sushi/pizza as appropriate your spell hitrate is generally capped anywhere the Big 3 are viable, so go with Enkidu's Subligar.
Alright, thanks for the help. That setup would be good for a VT mob, but do you guys think Flame>ToAU for T mobs during Rampage?
Also Forager/Cuchulain on T mobs? 15 attack vs the 4DEX on cuchuclain for the crit rate is what I'm concerned about.
If the hitrate for your WS set is otherwise capped without it, then Flame>Ulth.
The answer for your other question kinda depends on how much DEX you have in the rest of your gear. If you have no chance of hitting a highish DEX tier and your hitrate for the WS is otherwise capped, then go with the Forager's.
Hi!
For RNG Sidewinder, AF2 feet or Denali feet? (aka ranged attack +10 and enmity- vs STR +3). I'm elvaan with 2 STR merits.
Thanks in advance!
For SA Cannonball; In situations where I don't get to tp, Vulcan's staff + which grip? (Brave/Axe/Mythril)
