Can't answer everything, but I'm surprised no one attempted to answer this yet.

This is kinda long but,

1. Hecatomb Cap (STR+11 DEX+5) Vs. Gnadbhod's Helm (STR+6 DEX+4 Att+8) vs. Assassin's Bonnet +1 (DEX+6) for THF which one wins for SADE and SA. Where does Skadi's Visor Fit in here? I'd guess it's not as good as heca.

For SADE, I'd say Hecatomb. For solo SA, THIS calculation has Skadi beating your other options. Also see the link to help for solo TA choices.

4. Skadi's Legs vs. Homam Legs for TP for THF? STP+7 vs. Haste+1%

Generally, I would go with Homam. sTP being useful with multi-hit WS (assuming you're mostly using DE) is tricky, as sometimes you won't need it, and it also depends on your dagger selection.

5. Hecatomb Feet vs. Enkidu Feet (STR+6 DEX+3 vs. DEX+3 AGI+3 Att+4) for SA, SADE.

Heca for SADE, 6 str or 4 attack is pretty easy. For solo SA it's gonna open up that old "is this slow fucking me over?" question for SA which I really don't wanna get in to Q_Q

Unless your accuracy is capped without it, I can't see 4 attack beating 1 accuracy. As another suggested alternative, you could try and get a Blood ring from ZNM.

Alright if 3x BB items are cheaper than 1 Cuch mantle get 3x BB items first. Blood ring is free indeed.

What's better to use on Salvage boss chariots: 5/tick Bio II from or Dia II? Assuming 2 melees are on the said Chariot.

Bio II = 5/tic for 40 tics, or 200 damage.

Dia II = something/tic + 10.35% defense reduction, which is actually about 11.5% increase in damage from melee attacks. For each melee.

Combined both DDs would need to be doing less than 1800 damage (so 900 damage each) every 2 minutes for Bio II to beat Dia II. Does it take you 50 minutes to kill a chariot? If not, then Dia II is your man.

I'd rather avoid buying a Togi to find out it's not better than the Enkidu I already have.

Enkidu should be fine, I am pretty sure for mnk body rank is:
Hachiryu > Usukane > ACP > Enkidu > Togi.

Raparee harness if you are good on ACC imo. If you are talking about TPing.

Enkidu's is a bit better than Togi, but Togi is an infinitely nicer-looking bridge between SH and Usukane so I think it wins!

Ok, thanks for the answers, I guess I won't bother with Togi.
The nice looking factor doesn't matter that much because Enkidu is free and togi costs 800k.
Not to mention Togi isn't looking really good, it's decent at best. Enkidu's look isn't that bad, it's all about getting used to it >.>;
