Fallout GOTY is a must buy. If you are into fighting games, Street Fighter IV and Soul Calibur are also good.

...and there is Bio Shock, and Devil May Cry 4. Superb buys for 20~.

Resistance is ok if you are a shooter fan. Otherwise it may not worth the price tag for you. Prince of Persia would also be a good rental.

Is Demon's Soul worth getting or should I just get a placeholder title and get Assassin's Creed II in a month (I loved the first one btw)

Demon souls is pretty good, not much of a story for an rpg, personaly I couldnt get into it. I would just get assassins creed 2 if your unsure about demon souls, assassin's creed 2 is going to be fantastic.

Demon's Souls is a bit of a hard one to recommend. It took me over 10 hours of gameplay to start enjoying it. The initial difficulty curve is set pretty damn high, takes awhile to 'get' it, or at least it did for me.

No instant-gratification, you have to work your ass off for it, but damn does it feel good when you finally do......just to learn that it was nothing compared to what you're about to face next. >.>

I know Haze is horrible but is it worth 20$? I'm trying to think of a 3rd ps3 game to buy from the bestbuy buy 2 get the 3rd free.

I was going to get:

1.Dead space

2. Haze or something else.

I'm trying to keep it low so I can have enough on me to get some stuff later this year.

Haze was a decent fps. Nothing amazing online or offline but for 20$ it might be worth it for some people.

just thought I'd throw this in here, since I never see it mentioned....

Been playing Trash Panic on and off for the past few days, and it's a on the difficult side but seriously addictive. The only way I can describe it is like Tetris meets Katamari, basically you have to drop/smash trash into a garbage can and attempt to fit everything in. Some of the physics can get a bit annoying but the music is great and it's a lot of fun, especially when you get bombs/fire to clear large amounts of trash at once. Well worth the $4.99 (or at least thats how much it was when I bought it).

Anyone play Trine yet? Is it worth $19.99? That seems so steep for a PSN game, but I'll pay that much if it's really good.

I did not like Trash Panic at all, very unforgiving game.

Trine is a good game I've had it since the EU version came out a few months back, better if you have someone to play local co-op with, it is $30 for the PC version so the price isn't too bad.

whoa... i started up trine thinking I'd play for a few minutes, and all of a sudden without realizing I played for at least 4 hours straight. This game is great, really glad I made the purchase. I guess I understand why they're charging 19.99 for it, although I think I would have rather paid somewhere around 15, but that's a minor complaint.

My only gripe about this game is that a lot of the puzzles feel like you shouldn't be using the Thief 99% of the time to swing up onto the thing you're grappled to, and that most of the puzzles leave you feeling like "well I'm pretty sure this isn't how they wanted you to solve it".

Still, having a lot of fun with it, I can imagine this being insanely fun with 3 people.

most have multiple ways of puzzles being solved depending on how leveled up your characters are, what i like to do to get to hard to reach places (need 2 players) is have one person stand on a box made by the wizard then the other person uses the wizard to levitate and drag the box wherever you want
