Her getting kidnapped seems like a good way to bring Mozi back, since he was good friends with her. This is really gonna put a strain on Neil/Peter's relationship since Peter thinks even more that Neil has the treasure.

I'm guessing next episode will be Peter being pissed saying "If you have any idea where the treasure is, you better tell me right now". The coming episodes will probably be a combat to see which friendship Neil cherish the most; the one he has with Peter, or the one he has with Neil.

The fact that Moz is gone, though, should at least allow Peter to move his suspicion from Neil to Moz. Perhaps not at first, but later.

I hope this arc ends with him making master forgeries of a bunch of the art that he knows is on the list (with some way of him justifying that he knows what is on it) plus a few others and doing something with it.

They kinda set it up for this with him making a master De Gas in like 1-2 days. If he was given half the season to do it, I don't see why he doesn't.

Finally just watched the ep, this so much! God that was a good episode from beginning to end. Neil working that woman from DC was awesome lol. Shame he was so close to a perfect forgery and came up just a tad short. I was waiting for Peter to pull out a gun on Neil when he heard him...

I think the point of the forgery was to make it slightly imperfect so it would for sure be found as a forgery and the FBI would get off Neal's case. Neal not aging the pigment long enough was intentional.

"A perfect forgery" = passes as the real painting, which was on the manifest, which Peter knows (or strongly suspects, really), that Neal had a part in stealing, which means Neal's goose is cooked, which means he's going back to prison, which means Peter's career may suffer. Like Saga said, the incomplete "baking" was intentional on Neal's part.

Basically Keller knows Neil has the treasure. Neil and Mozz are trying to avoid being caught by the FBI. They are able to do that, but Peter comes home to find out Elizabeth is kidnapped by Keller.
