0/32 on mufflers . at this point i should have just bought a pair. Luckily tho i have the ring so making the thick mufflers isnt too much of a hassle. I just dont get it. Sometimes i feel like the signboard has a stupid hidden effect that hinders HQ. Not making any stupid proclamations , just frustrated. Hopefully when i start 24/7 campin southern pearls , my T1 luck will be nicer to me. KARMA!

I sold one the other day which I'm guessing was from abys-altepa or abys-mis considering that's where I've been leeching nonstop. I'm leaning towards altepa

anyone know what the goldsmithing skill is on the cursed gauntlets craft? with the new smithy necklace it might be a T1 depending on the goldsmithing skill it requires :/

Anyone know what lvl Goldsmithing sub is needed to T1 Cursed mufflers -1? My friends mule is 99+6 smithing and can't seem to HQ a set to save his life. Believe he has 60 gold sub also, but was wondering if he needed HQ gold support or something?

I know hindsight is 20/20 and all, but the best way to determine this is anyone who has leveled smithing and is then working on their gold sub can try to attempt the synth while engaged to a mob out of range each time they ding a level. You'll lose the crystal but not the mats. This is what I did with Phyrigian (sp) ingot as I was skilling GS to later use as a skill up synth.

mufflers should be a lower gold level then the body and 60 should be t1.

Get close enough to a mob (20') and engage it (weapon drawn). Then try to synth. You will start the synth, stop. lose the crystal but no ingredients. Back in like 2003 you used to be able to get skillups off this too, but they fixed that pretty damn quick. This is useful to figuring out the level cap on recipes, since obviously if you are > 15 levels away, it won't let you attempt the synth.

I have a mule that is currently doing clothcraft points (110k). I want to switch over to fishing points. Said mule currently has gloves and apron (I was saving for the 150k mog house item). I haven't kept up on the items though, which item should I get that is the most bang for the points? I've read some stuff about +5 skill, but don't understand. What is the best way to use those 110k points? And I'm willing to get more before I change over.

Anyone figure out what the cap on Phrygian Gold Ingot was? Plotting out my GS path 51+ and would love if it can get me through an annoying stage.
