If you're already engaged and you do "love" her, then do what the guy suggested in the thread a lil' ways back (lazy to backtrack haha) and set the date a month or two after your college terms will be over. Oh and, tell that bitch that abstaining from sex isn't going to do anything to save her immortal soul. It's just going to promote more stress on your relationship in the coming months and could possibly even fuck up the engagement. Her father is definitely playing a part in this though, so try and word yourself correctly (lolMeme). She's not stupid, she knows that sex is a major part of a relationship.

Honestly though, as Firas and others have said, you should respect her decision. Besides, if you go along with it, she may change her mind about it after not having sex for awhile. Other than that, nothing good will come of trying to persuade her otherwise.

A) trying to push up the commitment factor and marry you sooner than you are ready
B) freaking out because her GF's are saying "what no date how can you plan a wedding"
C) no longer likes your penis
D) turned to religion suddenly and changed her value system.

Question is, do you want to find out which of the above in 2 years after you have a kid and a mortgage together, or now?

Just because you have 3 years in the bank (at a VERY young age) and lurv her doesn't mean you should bend to her whim. Bad fucking precedent for a marriage. Assuming you are <25, proceed with serious caution. This should be a red flag, but you've ignored some of those to get to this point.

She has an engagement ring that I got lol(it has been passed down from my great grandmother etc.)
Yeah her dad approves of us being together and her mom jokes around about us getting married so they both approve of me.
Personally I just think it's a phase that she's going through because of something in church or something she saw on tv.
