But I have to doubt the legitimacy of the report as per questions raised in the above posts.Rubio did not. Nor did he want to risk arrest. He found someone with a phone as quickly as he could, he said. Several of the women at Vargas"s walked down to the perimeter of the crime scene after calling 911 but were too afraid to proceed further without police presence. Officers arrived quickly and broke up the trouble, arresting Ortega as they say he ran from them.
Additionally, I have to wonder what kind of keen detective work they're implementing when their evidence is reported to consist of "He was drunk and he ran from the cops."
Because no one ever runs from the cops when they're drunk and under the age of 21?
finding her unconscious and beaten under a bench, along with what the hospital/rape kit says, etc can pretty quickly deduce a beating + gang rape.
I have it on good authority that she was a slut prior to this, and that she had had sexual relations with at least one of the members of the alleged rapers.
None of this would have happened if women had just stayed in the kitchen. And accordign to leaf, not voted.
also this is a situation where a rape kit will definitely have been used by the hospital (because it isn't texas/alaska and an unconscious girl can't really sign a check for one) so implicating suspects probably won't be too difficult.
we're also missing that there could be photo evidence, not to mention cell phone records that could be implicating as well.
WOW. Beyond being the local news, the very lines you quote are CLEARLY dramatized and therefore cast doubt on their credibility, especially in the light of Bechnyi's statement that the cops should be able to catch people with their dicks out and pants down (and blood likely filled with alcohol, I may add).
The gist I've got from the original CNN article is that the police showed up later, and seeing as I'm not this girl's white knight like you, I'm not going to search pages to quote a specific line, but (A) she was found post-incident and (B) the reference to people scattering is them showing up post-incident finding people "reminiscing" about the incident.
Here we go, bothered to look anyways to silence your zealot ass:
Police: As many as 20 present at gang rape outside school dance - CNN.com
"The victim was found unconscious under a bench shortly before midnight Saturday, after police received a call from someone in the area who had overheard people at the assault scene "reminiscing about the incident," Richmond Police Lt. Mark Gagan said."
Therefore, the timeline is as such:
A. Event occurs.
B. People reminsce about event.
C. Someone overhears, police are called.
D. Police arrive, find "victim."
Was anyone even questioning whether she was getting dicked in the first place? I think it was universally agreed that she did have multiple penises inside of her. A rape kit is only going to prove what we already know.
Jumping to conclusions is the reason as to why there is even a discussion in the first place. Or else the thread would be composed of single word posts.
