I have read read both articles listed as well as watched the entirety of the two and a half minute video on mercurynews. Forgive me if I cannot remember every detail of an article I read over three hours ago. Not to mention not being able to remember what isnt there.

In all seriousness I do believe there is an over abundance of rape cases out there in the world today and would like to advocate the importance of investigation before incrimination.

All too frequently are we seeing rape used as a tool for social humiliation or as a reaction to embarrassment or guilt following sexual intercourse and I'd like to see that people would take it less at face value and actually look into the circumstances and evidence into rape. Historically if the evidence is "He raped me" "She said yes" and they found evidence that they had sex then they would prosecute the male. I'd like to encourage that we do not merely follow this line of behavior, but rather look to improve ourselves as a society and maybe when these misguided attempts are recognized for what they are we can take a further step to trying to treat why they happen in the first place; but until then we should be heavily concerned with the innocents.

They need to make a new law against something to that effect when in regards to rape. Any man's train of thought is gonna go through an adverse reaction if a woman wants to suddenly stop while he's thrusting away. Not saying to drop the rape charges altogether but at least hold the woman partially responsible for baiting the guy into the situation.
