Nor sure on what type of RAM to pick

So I have a 5 year old Packard Bell Desktop with:


OS: Windows XP SP2
Model/Make: PackardBell 353/Packard Bell NEC
CPU: 2.94 Ghz Intel Pentium 4
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GS 256 MB DDR2

And I need to make an upgrade from its shitty 512MB of RAM to 2G, but i dont know what type of RAM to get, i dont have the manuals from when i first got the computer, either -.-, so i'm kind of at a loss to know what kind of RAM i need, so any help is appreciated.

Not sure on what else to put in, so tell me if I've missed something/you want me to add something, and i will, thanks.

It looks like you can go up to PC-3200 (you'll see either that or DDR400 listed in stores).

Err, right, guess its good to mention nationality here, is there any options like that in the UK? because all i'm finding when searching is DDR2 SDRAM, and i dont know if that will work or not.
